Vacuum cups and Easy-Click system
Various OASIS® products are already permanently equipped with vacuum cups, while others feature the Easy-Click system.
The “pick-ups” (plastic-lined recesses) of the Easy-Click system in the underside of the rigid foam base allow either support wood or vacuum cups (ECObase® Vacufix) specially made for this system to be attached to the base quickly and easily.
With the help of the vacuum suction cups, the finished workpieces can be attached very quickly and easily to all smooth surfaces.
When using these products, please observe the following instructions:
After the floral arrangement is completed, please clean and dry the suction surface of the vacuum cup.
Also, the intended area where the flower arrangement is to be placed must be clean, dry and free of grease, otherwise the holding power of the vacuum cup cannot be guaranteed.
Even a freshly polished car paint can reduce the holding power of the vacuum cup. In this case, the polish should be carefully removed from the relevant area using warm water, washing-up liquid and a lint-free cloth (leather cloth).
If you want to remove the arrangement from the base again, it helps if you lift the edge of the suction cup slightly with your fingertip. This allows air to flow into the vacuum and the suction cup is easily detached from the base.
Make sure that vacuum cups are reused a maximum of 3 times.
