This is how it is done

Brick water and cut into a teardrop shape. Then wrap with moss by means of decorative wire.

Secure three plug wires to candle holder with Anchor Tape and wrap with twine at bottom.

In the upper part, bend the wires apart to form a fork and attach moo drops to it. Now stud with blossoms.

Waterproof adhesive tape, dark green
