Important warnings when using some products
Smithers-Oasis Germany GmbH accepts no liability for the improper handling of products. We therefore ask you to observe the following instructions in particular.
Products equipped with a magnet (e.g. corsage magnets)
- Do not wear or store in the vicinity of medical devices! The function of pacemakers, insulin pumps, hearing aids, etc. can be restricted or disabled!
- Do not carry or store cards with magnetic strips in the vicinity! The function of credit cards, EC cards, telephone cards, etc. can be destroyed by this!
- Be sure to advise your customer of the hazardous situations and have the customer confirm receipt of the information in writing.
Products with self-adhesive pad (e.g. OASIS® Powerstick-Corso flroal foam holder)
- Do not stick on car paint parts! The adhesive pad is not suitable for sticking on car paint! It can not be removed without residue and without the risk of damaging the car paint.
- Be careful when applying to church pews! The varnish on especially very old, antique church pews is often very sensitive. There is a risk that the adhesive pad can not be removed without residue without damaging the surface of the bench.
Car decoration holder (e.g. OASIS® car double ring)
- It happens that a customer orders a car decoration, but then wants to put it on the car himself (for example, because the wedding is held in another city). Improper handling can cause damage to the car! In this case, point out to the customer that the application of the car decoration is at your own risk! Furthermore, it is recommended not to drive faster than 50 km/h.
