This is how it is done

Step 1

Cut a one-third segment from the OASIS® BLACK IDEAL ball, spray the edge with spray adhesive and sprinkle glitter on top.

Step 2

Water the foam ball and put it on the vase. Fix candle with pinholder on the ball and add materials.
