Remove opposite sides of each of the two floral foam balls and punch out holes for the vases.
Sand the edges with another piece of floral foam.
Glue the two resulting rings on top of each other with the help of hot glue, insert the vase and glue straw flowers. Eventually attach the pampas grass with spray glue.
